Clínica Hispana Nueva Salud is in southeast Houston at 7640 Bellfort Ave, Suite A, ZIP code 77061, near Hobby Airport. If this is your first time with us, here is what you need to know so your visit is simple from the moment you arrive until you leave.
Do I need an appointment?
No. We see patients in order of arrival every day, Monday through Sunday, 9 AM to 9 PM, weekends included. If you would rather let us know ahead of time or have a question, send us a WhatsApp message or call (832) 831-4016: the same number works for both.
How do I get there and where do I park?
The clinic has free on-site parking. The entrance, restrooms and parking are wheelchair accessible, so you can bring an older relative without worrying about stairs.
What do I bring to my first visit?
- A photo ID, if you have one.
- Your current medications, written down or in their original boxes.
- Previous results or prescriptions related to your problem.
- Your shot record, if the visit is for a school, job or immigration exam.
You don't need health insurance. If you have it, ask at the front desk how it works in your case.
How do I pay?
We accept cash and debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Before any test or procedure we tell you the price, so you can decide calmly. When there are current promotions, we post them on the promotions page.
Who sees me, and in what language?
Our medical team sees you in Spanish or in English, whichever you prefer. We take the time to explain the diagnosis, the treatment and the next steps without technical jargon, and you are welcome to bring whoever you like.
What can I take care of here?
- Everyday medical care, plus ongoing care for diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol.
- A clinical lab with in-clinic sample collection.
- Gynecology care: Pap smears, cultures and infection treatment.
- The I-693 medical exam for your immigration case, signed by a civil surgeon.
- The DOT physical for a CDL, plus school and sports physicals.
- Vaccines, stitches and minor surgery.

What happens after the visit?
You leave with written instructions and, if the medical team prescribed treatment, with your prescription. If we drew samples for the lab, we tell you when to expect the results and how we will deliver them. For questions after your visit, the clinic's WhatsApp is the fastest way: save the number in your phone under the clinic's name.
What if I don't know what I need?
Come in anyway. Many people arrive with a symptom and no idea which test to ask for; the medical team evaluates you and points you in the right direction. If something needs a specialist, we tell you where to go.
